- All transactions in our online and physical stores are made in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- I have a Game Citizen account at your physical locations, are my store credit and/or rewards points eligible here?
- Unfortunately due to technical limitations, we currently cannot offer usage of Game Citizen store credit and/or rewards points on our online store.
- Can I pay for online store merchandise at a local physical Game City location?
- Unfortunately we are currently not able to offer this as an option.
- How can I track my order?
- Every shipping confirmation comes with a tracking number, please enter the number into the tracking page of the respective delivery company to track it.
- Can I pick up my order locally?
- Yes! Our Bonnie Doon Mall location currently offers pickup. Please allow for up to 2-4 business days for the merchandise to arrive at the store. You will receive an email or text when your order is ready for pickup, simply bring your receipt from your order and a piece of photo ID with the corresponding name from the order.
- What carriers do you use?
- We currently offer Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Canpar. However depending on location and weight, different options will be offered automatically at checkout.
